Sales Department Manager

Requirements :

Qualifications: 

2+years prior business team management experience required 

Able to Guide sales representatives to independently develop markets in various states across the United States as well as rationally analyze and take action timely in the face of various situations that arise during work

Legal working status required 

    Responsibilities:

Manage the sales department and supervise the sales representatives and marketing associates 

Achieve the U.S. Subsidiary Company’s annual sales plan

Develop strategies to increase the sales and profits which providing premier customer service 

Gather market information for competitor and market analysis to direct product development, strategic pricing, and developing target accounts

Develop proposals in response to customer requests 

Monitor and drive marketing communication needs for products in support of growth strategies 

Arrange business meetings with prospective clients both in person and via phone and video conferencing.

Promote the company’s products addressing or predicting clients’ objectives

Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Set goals for the sales department and meet with upper management periodically to update them on the progress of these goals

Travel to trade shows and conferences when necessary to meet with prospective customers.

Hire and develop valuable salespeople

Monthly Salary : Basic salary(3.5-5.0K) +Team commission
